GoSevia – Terms of Service

Please read these Terms carefully before using our Service.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GoSevia platform ("GoSevia," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using GoSevia, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About GoSevia

GoSevia is a subscription-based business management software designed to help small and single-location businesses manage inventory, invoicing, clients, and reports.

GoSevia is not a POS system, accounting software, tax filing service, or financial advisory service.

GoSevia is a digital software service delivered online. No physical goods are shipped.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under Philippine law to use GoSevia.

3. Account Registration

To access GoSevia, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

  • All activities that occur under your account

  • Ensuring authorized access only

4. Free Trial

GoSevia may offer a 14-day free trial.

No credit card is required during the trial period.

At the end of the trial, continued access to the platform requires selecting and paying for a paid subscription plan.

GoSevia reserves the right to modify or discontinue the trial offer at any time.

5. Subscription and Billing

5.1 Recurring Subscription

All paid plans are monthly recurring subscriptions billed in advance.

By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize GoSevia (through its third-party payment provider) to charge your selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

Subscriptions automatically renew each billing cycle unless cancelled before the next billing date.

5.2 Pricing and Taxes

All prices displayed are VAT-exclusive unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Applicable VAT or other taxes may be added at checkout where required by law.

5.3 Payment Processing

Payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers. GoSevia does not store full credit card details.

If payment is not successfully processed, GoSevia may suspend or restrict access to the platform until payment is resolved.

5.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

You will continue to have access to the platform until the end of the paid billing cycle.

5.5 Refund Policy

All subscription fees are non-refundable.

No refunds or credits will be provided for:

  • Partial billing periods

  • Unused time

  • Downgrades during a billing cycle

5.6 Billing Disputes & Chargebacks

If you believe a billing error has occurred, you agree to contact GoSevia support at support@gosevia.com before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider.

We are committed to resolving billing concerns promptly and fairly.

Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of your account.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use GoSevia for unlawful or fraudulent activities

  • Attempt to interfere with platform security or performance

  • Access data that does not belong to you

  • Reverse engineer or copy platform components

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Data Accuracy & Responsibility

GoSevia provides tools to manage business data but does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of user-entered information.

You remain solely responsible for:

  • Verifying financial data

  • Tax compliance

  • Legal compliance

  • Business reporting accuracy

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, branding, trademarks, and technology associated with GoSevia remain the exclusive property of GoSevia.

Users are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the platform for internal business purposes only.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Scheduled maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues may result in temporary downtime.

10. Account Termination

You may terminate your account by cancelling your subscription.

We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • These Terms are violated

  • Fraudulent activity is suspected

  • Abuse of the platform occurs

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoSevia shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 3 months.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
